RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@ankrjewels.com.

To request a refund, replacement, or return review, please include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

In certain cases, ANKR may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the product to be returned.

Returned items, when accepted, must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or external circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.
