We currently offer free standard shipping within Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are generally delivered within 10–18 business days depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Please note that delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

ANKR is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
