  1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product availability issues.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, materials, and details. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting conditions.

ANKR jewelry is intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale without prior written permission.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Posted prices include standard shipping within Switzerland unless otherwise stated.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all provided billing information is accurate and complete.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard shipping within Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are generally delivered within 10–18 business days depending on destination and logistics conditions.

ANKR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@ankrjewels.com.

To request a refund, replacement, or return review, customers must provide their order number along with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

In certain cases, ANKR may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the product to be returned.

Returned items, when accepted, must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, visuals, photographs, videos, text, graphics, branding, and product concepts, is the property of ANKR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of ANKR content or branding is strictly prohibited.
